Η Kate Middleton είναι για πολλές Βρετανίδες το απόλυτο fashion icon και κάθε της εμφάνιση απασχολεί τα διεθνή μέσα μαζικής επικοινωνίας σχολιάζουν πάντα με διθυραμβικά σχόλια τις εμφανίσεις της!

H δούκισσα του Cambridge είχε επισκεφτεί μαζί με τον σύζυγο της και πρίγκιπα, William, το προσωπικό του NHS 111 για να δουν από κοντά τη δουλειά τους αλλά και για να τους ενθαρρύνουν στο δύσκολο έργο τους, και επέλεξε να φορέσει μια από τις μεγάλες τάσεις της φετινής Άνοιξης.

Η Kate Middleton επέλεξε ένα κοστούμι στο χρώμα του σάπιου μήλου του οποίου το παντελόνι ήταν σε στενή γραμμή και το σακάκι ήταν σε loose γραμμή, ενώ το συνδύασε με ένα λευκό top!
